salted butter

golden brown sugar, packed

molasses
Brer Rabbit Mild Molasses

vanilla extract

Preparation Instructions

Combine all spices in a small bowl.
Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
Add sugar and stir to combine.
Add molasses and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Add the spice mixture and stir to combine.
Stir on low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cool slightly and pour into a storage container.
Cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
Keeps as long as the butter used in the recipe.
